Alja Horvat is a 24-year-old illustrator who lives in Slovenia with her 8-year-old Samoyed, Holly. Art has always been a passion of hers and she is known for her whimsical, colorful illustrations. She is inspired by everything that surrounds her, but especially nature, museums and everything vintage. As a big fan of the 60s and 70s, she tries to incorporate the feeling of nostalgia in her illustrations.
